How do I regain all my payment methods in Microsoft Authinticator after switching phones?

Question

I switched phones from Samsung to an upgraded Samsung. I'm currently logged into my Microsoft account, & I'm able to go into my Authinticator app. However, when I go to my payments to retrieve some debit cards information there is none. As in it's completely empty. No saved cards there period. How am I able to retrieve this information? Authinticator is basically telling me I don't retrieve it because I can't retrieve something that it doesn't have. Any help would be beneficial.
