Need to change the candidate name for AZ 900

Hello Team,

Good day!

I have schedule Microsoft fundamentals AZ-900 examination and while scheduling i used my company email address which include my First and Last name (Priyam Verma) but on my all-other government ID proof its only my first name (Priyam).

I also tried to remove the last name but its compulsory to add.

Can you please help me to modify the details as per my government ID for the examination. Exam will be in next 2 days.
