I am trying to upload a device via CSV file but it says Ztdnotfound although i copied it from official site.
This is device name
what should be device name for this

    For this issue, did you use the following PowerShell Script to get the csv file?

    If yes, please check if the device serial number in the csv file is same as it shows in the screenshot you provided.
