Welcome to our forum!

Do you mean that you want to upgrade your computer from Windows 10 to Windows 11? Or you want to use the template of Outlook with Windows 10 in another computer with Windows 11?

As i know, Classic Outlook email templates are stored in the following path on your computer:

drive:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates

(In order to view some of the backup files for Outlook, you'll need to unhide system folders and file name extensions. For information on how to perform that task, see How to unhide folders and file name extensions.)

If you want to upgrade your computer from Windows 10 to Windows 11, the templates you created before can also be used.

If you want to use the template of Outlook with Windows 10 in another computer with Windows 11, please find the Classic Outlook email templates and copy them to the same path on computer with Windows 11. Then you can use the templates as before.

Yes, I'm still have trouble trying to use Windows 10 email templates in "the New Outlook" in Windows 11. I can switch back and use the old version and that works fine.

Thanks for your reply!

The templates we created in Classic Outlook is not supported in New Outlook. Currently, we can use My Templates add-in to create plain text template.

I can switch back and use the old version and that works fine.

Agree, if you need to use the previous templates, you need to switch to Classic Outlook.

Yes, it saved me some time. Thank you. Once I found out that the windows 10 templates are not supported, I stopped researching.
