Im trying to complete a training module within ai-fundamentals and the instructions are:
https://portal.azure.com using your Microsoft credentials.I signed in using my microsoft credentials and have a free account. All the default subscriptions in the dropdown dont allow me to add or use any of the resource groups. Does it mean i dont have accessible subscription? How can i complete the training?

Now that you posted it, it will get fix. I post this afternoon the same thing and a few hours later it worked fine.

in some subscriptions, the RESOURCE_PROVIDER="Microsoft.MachineLearningServices" may not be registered. While we can provide instructions to help users attempt to register the resource provider, it is important to note that certain subscriptions may have restrictions preventing users from updating the resource registration themselves.
This issue appears to be related specifically to Azure Machine Learning Services rather than an error in the lab instructions. To address this, we reached out to the content author, who confirmed that they will include a note in the instructions advising users to try deploying their endpoint on different virtual machines (VMs) if one is not available. Additionally, another potential solution is for users to select an alternative VM, as this may resolve the issue.
If users encounter difficulties with resource registration, we recommend checking their subscription permissions.

Thank you for a through follow up. Unfortunately, upon following all the above steps, im still stuck at the exact same spot.
I have added the RESOURCE_PROVIDER="Microsoft.MachineLearningServices"as my Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription allowed me to. I was able to deploy the model, as i was last time, but im getting exact same error (screenshot attached). I have also tested all the available VMs (screenshot attached) but the outcome is always the same: ResourceOperationFailure: Resource provider [N/A] isn't registered with Subscription [N/A].
Any ideas why this issue keeps happening or where i could get help?
