Hi, how can I resolve this error.
unable to get external metric k8se-apps/s0-upstream_cx_active/&LabelSelector{MatchLabels:map[string]string{scaledobject.keda.sh/name: rag-api-prod002--exfnutk,},MatchExpressions:[]LabelSelectorRequirement{},}: unable to fetch metrics from external metrics API: the server is currently unable to handle the request (get s0-upstream_cx_active.external.metrics.k8s.io) - this is the error precisely for my container app.
I am getting some mongo vcore based error.

Could you kindly confirm if you are using any AKS cluster in your current setup? If so, then what are its configuration?
It would be great if you could kindly share some more details on this such as
what are you trying to do?
What all are involved in this setup and their configurations?
Exactly when you are getting this error when trying to do what?
and any logs related to the same. -

You are saying no Kubernetes involved. Could you kindly edit your question and add the details which I requested above in my previous comment? The more details you share, the better it is for the community to understand the issue and assist you better.
