DP-700 Exam Retake Problem

Question

I purchased the DP-700 exam for the first time two days ago. Although 24 hours have passed, I cannot retake the second attempt. I tried to contact pearsonvue support for this, but the number they directed me to cannot be reached. What should I do about this?
