Unable to Use Microsoft Learn Sandbox – Continuous Sign-In Loop

Hi Microsoft Support,

I am currently studying for the AZ-104 certification, but I am unable to use the Microsoft Learn sandbox. After activating it, I am repeatedly prompted to sign in. However, each time I sign in, it loops back to the same sign-in request without granting access to the sandbox.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Clearing cache and cookies

Using a different browser

Trying incognito mode

Waiting a few days and retrying

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Please see the attached screenshot for reference. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

Imran Ibrahim

    Hi Imran,

Please try workaround below and let me know your results.

You should be able to work around the issue by first Activating the sandbox (solving puzzles, reviewing/activating permissions, etc.) and then once you see the sign-in box appear on the right open a new browser tab. In this new tab, browse to https://shell.azure.com. If your existing sandbox hasn't expired you can use that instead of activating a new one.

When prompted, click Bash (The exercise uses PowerShell and Bash. You can switch between them using button at top of cloud shell window)

Next choose No storage account required, for Subscription select Concierge Subscription, and click Apply.

After several seconds delay while a cloud shell is requested and connected to, you should see $ prompt. At this point you can complete the exercises instructions, copy/paste code from exercise tab to cloud shell tab as needed, etc.

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was helpful.

    Thanks.

Since you have tried incognito, as a last resort try a different profile:

    • Create a new Chrome or Edge profile (not just a tab or incognito)
    • Go to: https://learn.microsoft.com
    • Sign in with only one Microsoft account

If that does not work, the best bet here is to contact support via the Support numbers here:
