Domain has changed and now I cannot sign into my DevOps site

Hello,

We recently switched our domain and now I cannot access our DevOps site. I am able to sign in with the new domain both to our 365 admin portal and Azure but not DevOps.

When attempting to connect to our dev ops project, I get the following error.

401 - Uh-oh, you do not have access.

Your account, ******@coasttocoast.com is not authorized to view this page. Make sure the URL is correct and your account has access. View a list of your organizations here. You may request access by contacting the admin.

When I try and request access, I get that email and confirm but it loops me back to this same message.

It seems only the admins cannot access. We have one user that can access with the new domain but her permissions seems to have also changed.
