Rate Limit exceeded when trying anything with Assistants

Question

We're having the rate limit error irrespective of what we try in the assistants playground. Our limits have been extended, and chat playground works as expected, so the error is limited to assistants. Here's the snippet from our deployment, and the file i am using is literally 150 Bytes.
