Good afternoon,

From today I can no longer receive experience points by completing the free courses available on the Microsoft service: **Microsoft Learn**,

Is it possible that there is some update in progress on the site, or are there problems in progress?

Can anyone help me,

Thanks

    Hi,

I haven’t been seeing this issue specifically- you of course tried logging out correct?

do you have another account you could also test this on?

    Hi Edoardo D'Angeli,

Step 1: Please sign out from all active tabs within your current browser and clear the cache files. Afterwards, attempt to log in again using your learn ID credentials.

Step 2: Sign out from your current browser session and attempt to log in using an incognito or in-private browsing window.

Step 3: Utilize an alternative browser and attempt to log in once more.

Step 4: Test logging in with a new personal Outlook account within the learning path using a completely different browser.

This appears to be a temporary glitch in Microsoft Learn paths, which usually resolves itself within 24 hours. In the meantime, you can try signing out and back in, using a different browser, or accessing the training in incognito mode. If the issue continues after 24 hours, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
