I try to upgrade my azure free account, but my phonenumber wont verify

When in the upgrade view,
and i add my correct phonenumber (both with 0 and without leading 0) and i hit text me or call me I get this error:
There was an error sending the code to your phone. Please check the phone number and try again.
Like to hear I anyone can help me fix this
