i have created an azure function app using visual studio 2022, but i am trying to schedule it to run at a designated time azure, but unable to do so

Question

i have created an azure function app using c# in visual studio 2022 which run is supposed to run every morning at 9 am and generate and store a file in azure. if i publish the function to azure , its not working and not generating the file whereas if i run it in visual studio i can see the file generated in the azure storage account.
