Question

When trying to add a customized email account (from a customized domain) to Outlook or login via a web address, I get the following error message:

I have tried adding an external user in Azure but get another error - "This user cannot be invited because the domain of the user's email address is a verified domain of this directory"

Can you please advise how to resolve this issue
