Don't Have Last Name, but Form Requires One - Request to Update Last Name Due to Mismatch with ID Proof

I don't have a last name, but the form required one, so I entered my first name as the last name. Additionally, the form didn’t allow me to add spaces or dots. As a result, my test was rescheduled because the ID proof didn’t match the registered name. This mismatch occurred because I had to use my first name as the last name. Could you please update my last name to include a space or dot, as I am unable to make this change myself?
