ADF share drive permission denied occasionally

Hi expert,
I am building data pipeline using ADF. Connection to share drive was failed and found an error below
ErrorCode=UserErrorFailedFileOperation,'Type=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Common.Shared.HybridDeliveryException,Message=The file operation is failed, upload file failed at path: 'xxx/xxx/New/xxxxxxxx_Domestic_1005_xxxx A&L.xlsx'.,Source=Microsoft.DataTransfer.ClientLibrary,''Type=System.UnauthorizedAccessException,Message=Access to the path '\x.x.x.x\control_tower$\x\xx\xxx\New' is denied.,Source=mscorlib,'
This issue occurs occasionally.
What could be the root cause? and how to fix it.

- File Locking by Another Process: Another process might be accessing or locking the file when your pipeline attempts to use it, causing a temporary denial of access.
- Self-Hosted Integration Runtime (SHIR) Issues: If using SHIR, it might need a review to ensure it is configured correctly, running under an account with proper permissions, and maintaining a stable connection to the shared drive.
To resolve the issue, consider the following steps
- Verify Permissions – Ensure the account accessing the shared drive has full read and write permissions consistently.
- Check Network Stability – Monitor the connection to detect potential disruptions affecting access.
- Investigate File Locking – Check if any other process might be locking the file when your pipeline tries to access it.
- Review SHIR Configuration – Ensure SHIR is properly set up and has uninterrupted access to the shared drive.

Can you provide information relating to your linked service configurations? And is not working on Testing the connection as well or only not working on the pipeline run? Can you please cross check and provide the necessary information on it?
