Unlocking next credits level for Azure sponsorship - urgent

We our looking how to prolong our program extension for Startups Founders Hub. We have completed the verification list and are in regular meetings with person from Founders Hub – Startup AI Advisor about the AI implementation in our platform. However our Improve Azure Usage field is still not green and our Azure sponsorship is ending on April 4 and we do not know what else to do to become eligible for program extension. We are creating a social media platform which has just passed 2 million views per month and are still not commercial and that is why the sponsorship extension is a critical for our success.
