Hi I already sent 2 mails to support, but got no answers, problem is as folows
We have a Microsoft 365 Non Profit licence and are using a Sponsored Azure Grant for almost a year now.
We got a mail message that the azure sponsorship end 3 april 2025 with an option to extend, I choose this option and after some mail exchange with support I got it extended (see call 2503050040008848)
Maybe I did something wrong with the activation of the grant for a new year but I still got mails that my sponsored Azure stops at 3-april-2025
I tried to got this solved with the "contact us" link in the mail but was not succesfull (did not find the right path)
So my question is what did I wrong and how can I solve this, of maybe yoy have to solve this for me.
