One Drive file handler Menu does not show up

  1. I follow the instruction that I Manually add "addIns" part of manifest to Register a file handler add-in.
  2. the add-in is attched
  3. I am waiting for 2 days, still cannot show the file handler menu

Does I need waiting for more time or I am missing some configuration?
