How to fix error "there was a problem reaching this app" for custom app/tab from Developer Portal

Hi
I have created a custom app on the Developer Portal to pin an app on MS Teams that displays a website when clicked. It worked normally before the recent the New MS Teams update.
Just like a webpage (https://mycompany.sharepoint.com)
