Pending Communication Services Confirmation Email

We submitted a form request for two phone numbers in Azure Communication Services, and were suppose to have received a confirmation/verification email. We have yet to receive that email, and not sure who it was sent to. How can we confirm which email address this is being sent to, and if needed, have a new conformation resent?

    Hi John Cerruti,

    Please check global admin email address that owns your azure subscription. having single account and sometimes it gets set as a service email address.

    Do check the alert section on the Azure portal.

    Ensure that the email hasn't been filtered to your spam or junk folder. Sometimes automated messages are misclassified by email providers.

    Check the notification settings within Azure Communication Services to ensure that necessary email addresses are correctly configured to receive notifications.
