Please check global admin email address that owns your azure subscription. having single account and sometimes it gets set as a service email address.
Do check the alert section on the Azure portal.
Ensure that the email hasn't been filtered to your spam or junk folder. Sometimes automated messages are misclassified by email providers.
Check the notification settings within Azure Communication Services to ensure that necessary email addresses are correctly configured to receive notifications.
