I logged into my bank account yesterday to see Microsoft billed me thousands of dollars when I have absolutely no service with you. I had an instance in Azure running on credit from Microsoft and disabled it a long time ago well before the credit was exhausted.

Azure dashboard says everything is disabled and that I have no subscription, however, the cost keeps going up everyday. I can't seem to reach anyone in support and I need my money back. Also, I can't even remove my card on file.

This can be solved by contacting billing Support here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

Billing is free and they would assist you with this. You can also call Global support here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

In the mean time, Try to cancel and remove card from here:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

You can also check if you have another directory in the subscription that has resources.

A screenshot of the Directory and Subscription window in Azure portal.

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devtest/offer/how-to-change-directory-tenants-visual-studio-azure

Once you find it go to cost management and billing then you can see your cost breakdown

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

(Please note: If you have Priority Community support please wait for a dedicated Microsoft support representative to assist you, as they have access to the necessary backend resources. If you have not yet opened a support case, we recommend reaching out through the support channel available under your subscription level.)
