    Unfortunately, you cannot.

You can setup an in-place upgrade to upgrade directly to the latest Windows 10 20H2 version, see the following official documentation for more details:

Yes. However, ConfigMgr 1906 is nearly out of support so I strongly recommend that you upgrade ASAP. Also, I generally recommend forgoing the use of servicing plans completely and simply deploy the feature update directly as servicing plans add an unnecessary layer of abstraction and complexity.

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for the reply. So as per my understanding any older version of windows 10(1511or 1607) can be directly upgraded to the latest windows 10 version using SCCM servicing plan or using feature update deployment or using task sequence.

    Thanks

    Hi @Srinivas M ,

Correct, if the feature update is sufficient for you, you can use it to upgrade your Windows 10 clients. Not sure about upgrading from the LTSC to SAC, but you can have a try.

In some cases, there is compatibility issue, here, you can proceed with the in-place upgrade and add like additional drivers etc.

    Hi Jason,

please find the below screenshot. Its displaying as version 1607 LTSB

    54972-image.png

Do we able to upgrade this LTSB or LTSC using feature update from SCCM? or Feature update\ windows 10 servicing only supports for SAC versions of windows 10. Please clarify

    Thanks
    Sunny
