    @SUIKA

    Adding to your concern,

    If the option "Allow my organization to manage this device" is not present on the page or is unchecked, it doesn't necessarily mean that the organization isn't using a device management solution (like MDM). It could simply mean that the device isn't currently enrolled in MDM, or that the organization is using a different method to manage devices (such as manual configuration, or another type of management solution).However, it is likely that the device is not currently under active monitoring or control by your organization if it is not enrolled in MDM or if this checkbox is not ticked. Even if your company still uses alternative security or management solutions that don't need this checkbox, they usually won't be able to remotely manage the device without MDM enrollment.

    In short, the absence of this checkbox usually means that the device is not enrolled in MDM at that point in time, but it doesn’t rule out the use of other management methods.

    Yes it does.

    After allow my organization to manage my device is accepted, your device is enrolled for device management or in other case for Intune providing they have personal device enrolment enabled.

    When checked, and you click “Yes, all apps”:

    • Your device is Azure AD joined or Hybrid joined
    • Your organization can push security policies, require compliance, and remotely manage the device
    • The device gets enrolled in Microsoft Intune MDM, assuming the tenant has automatic enrollment configured
