error accesing @outlook.com mail and PC asigned to it ...

my Pc and Outlook page greeted me whit these error: The error "Access is blocked by the organization. The msazurecloud.onmicrosoft.com administrator has restricted which organizations can access their tenant, and bitlocker does not let me acces my PC ... anyone can help?
