Misundestood the way to restore a backup, need help to restore it

I was getting problems to log in to my account on MS Auth, to restore my codes and continue restoring apps to my new phone.
I started the installation saturday and only today I could log in, before I was getting the Too Many Requests error.
Today I misunderstood the way backup restore work and I log in the account and checked the backup inside configuration, in my mind that would start a service to check if I had a backup and ask if I want to restore it, but that made the backup of this new phone.
I had a lot of account and the only reason that made me choose Authenticator was the backup in the cloud ability...
Could you restore the previous backup and fix this option, instead of use that problematic process to restore the backup :(
