I have been trying to install SQL Server 2022 Developer edition on windows 11, still so far no success

Hi, i have trouble installing SQL server on windows 11.
did mentioned steps as well to troubleshoot, still no success.
Attached complete detail.txt as well for reference, can someone please help me to resolve this issue?

be sure the registry is not locked down (common group policy with enterprise PC's)
be sure your computer is an intel and not arm. also check you disk sector size. if over 4k, you will need a fix:

- registry locked down - this is my personal PC and i have made changes to registry to add "ForcedPhysicalSectorSizeInBytes" key as mentioned trouble shoot link.
- yes, my surface laptop is intel not arm
