Reading MSDTC Trace logs

Question

When I try and read MSDTC trace logs I am getting these errors:

Unknown(0v0o15t0): GUID=xxxxxxxx (decoding error 1168)

I am using this command
msdtcvtr.bat -tracelog dtctrace.log.2025-03-06-19-27-xx-xxxx-xx -o mylog

or this command

TraceFmt.exe dtctrace.log.2025-03-06-19-27-xx-xxxx-xx

and getting the same.

Can someone advise please?

If it's because I need traceprt.dll, can someone tell me where to get it as it doesn't appear to be in the WDK/SDK.
