Experiencing difficulties logging into the Microsoft Teams mobile app on Android version 14. Using the authenticator app results in an error stating that the password or account is incorrect, despite entering the correct credentials. What steps can be taken to troubleshoot and resolve this issue? The latest version of the mobile app is being used.

i can login everywhere but on the mobilapp and the authenticator app works to login to teams just not on mobil and i have checked spelling and it is correct.

Please uninstall the authenticator and reinstall it. You can also contact your organization administrator to change the login verification method for you to avoid this problem.

its my personal teams so that dose not help and i have already reinstalled autenticator and it did not help
