Error: Error loading content - Azure Arc enabled server extensions

Trying to install the Azure Monitor Agent for Windows servers. Fails for all machines, across all browsers, and incognito mode. Diagnostics found no errors anywhere. I end up having to install via Azure CLI.

CTRL+F5 does nothing. Removing all cookies does nothing. Icognito mode does nothing. This is an AZURE ARC SIDE PROBLEM.

Verify the Azure Connected Machine agent (azcmagent) is properly connected and its dependent services are running. You can verify its status using the following command:

azcmagent show

If the installation fails, try removing the extension and then reinstalling it. You can remove the extension with this command:

Remove-AzConnectedMachineExtension -Name <Extension Name> -ResourceGroupName <RG Name> -MachineName <Machine Name>

After removal, attempt to reinstall the extension.

Check the Guest agent logs for any related activity. For Windows machines, you can find the logs in the following locations:

%SystemDrive%\ProgramData\GuestConfig\ext_mgr_logs

C:\ProgramData\GuestConfig

C:\Packages\Plugins

Also, check the extension-specific logs for more information.

Review the system logs to identify if any other operations might be interfering with the extension installation process.

Thank you, Pranay, for the follow up. I didn't have a chance to try any of the suggested troubleshooting steps; however, the issue was resolved the next day, so it was likely an issue on Microsoft's side that wasn't disclosed or reflected in the status sites. At this time the issue is no longer present.
