I cannot access my Microsoft 365 subscription because I lost access to my Microsoft account

I do not have access to my Microsoft 365 subscription anymore because I lost access to authenticator, because my iPhone was broken and reinstalled and the Authenticator database could not be restored. I lost access to credentials because I am no longer working (retired) for the company I used to have an account and telephone number for. The account is deleted. Also I do not have access to an previous personal e-mail account known for me.
