One of the user reported that some meeting were missing from the room mailbox calendar for yesterday. I have checked nothing was showing as cancelled and declined for that time and the entry was empty for that in the mailbox. How can i check if that meeting was declined or cancelled by some one thats why it got disappeared from the calendar or any other reason of missing the meeting in the room mailbox calendar. Can you help me with that.

    Hi,@Sanjay Bhakuni

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the current situation, I need to confirm a few things:

    1. is it known who created the meeting?
    2. did the user receive an invitation to the meeting?

Since a meeting can only be canceled by the person who created it, and since Audit log only records the creation of a meeting, I would suggest finding the user who created the meeting first.

Please refer to the process below:

    1. In the Audit screen of the Microsoft Purview portal, select the time of search and audit log activity by selecting “Created mailbox item”.

2.Find items in the search that contain calendars
