New Logic App Designer connection issue cannot resolve

Hello we have an unresolved new Logic App designer issue where the connections cannot be renewed.
We have had an open case with Support for several months. They are aware of the issue, have no resolution so far, but have decided to force us to open a new request.
The old Logic App designer did not have the problem. For a period we were provided a fallback link, but that no longer works or exists.
The exact error in the new designer is:
Operation details errorUnable to initialize operation details for swagger based operation - New_Project. Error details - Operation Id cannot be determined from definition and swagger
The original ticket #2408270040014700 (has several months of information and communication).
