How can I use azure backup, and how can I Restore VM later?

There are multiple ways of doing this - the simplest one involve the use of the Azure portal.

You can enable the backup when creating an Azure VM by following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-during-vm-creation or afterwards by following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-vms-first-look-arm

Once you have backup created, to restore VM follow https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-arm-restore-vms
