Dear support,

I created an Azure Communication Service for Email sending, however, upon created I realised I can't add another "MailFrom" address and the service only provide me a default "DoNotReply@<mydomain.com>".

Understand there may have a limit on "MailFrom" address, can i create a new one or can I modify the default "DoNotReply" to something else?

Thank you.

    Hi Tan See Youu 陈诗右,

you cannot create a new MailFrom address or enable the engagement tracking if you are on the default throttling limit. you can submit a request to increase the throttling limit as mentioned in the documentation here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/concepts/service-limits#email

Find the similar thread link here for reference - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1630281/add-button-disabled-in-email-communication-service

    which says -

Filling a ticket through FREE support plan under "Quota request for Cloud Services" and attaching a text file with the request to increase the email quota as mentioned here under Request an email quota increaseUser's image

If you have any further assistant, do let me know.
