Hi @Jorge Acevedo ,
According to my research, if the Save Contacts setting is enabled in Outlook for iOS, duplicate Outlook contacts might appear in the native iOS Contacts app on your device. Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this:
- Disable the Save Contacts Setting:
- Open the Outlook app on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings > Your Account > Save Contacts.
- Turn off the Save Contacts setting.
- Remove Duplicate Contacts:
- Go to Settings > Help & Feedback > Delete All Saved Contacts in the Outlook app.
- Confirm the deletion to remove all duplicate contacts from the iOS Contacts app.
- Re-enable the Save Contacts Setting:
- After ensuring all duplicates are removed, you can re-enable the Save Contacts setting if needed.
- Sync Contacts Using iCloud:
- If you have multiple iOS devices, consider using an iCloud account to sync your contacts across devices instead of enabling the Save Contacts setting on each device.
