Do i need to select a subscription insid the learning sandbox?

I tried to start the learing for Azure Service Bus. It created a sandbox and i was able to log in.

But when i try to create the Service Bus Resource, it asks for a subscription.

"Don't have a subscription? Check out the following options...."
