It seems that not all your web apps are working under a single app service scheme. This usually indicates a problem at the plan level rather than the individual app configuration. Depending on the screenshot, your apps are facing many HTTP 4XX errors, which are usually caused by authentication failures, misunderstandings, or request issues.
1.If all apps are affected, check if your app is running properly. go to Azure Portal> App Service Plans> Go to your plan and check if the plan has hit any quota border (CPU, memory, or bandwidth).If the resource limit is crossed, scale up or restart the app service scheme.
2.If all apps are refunding HTTP 4XX errors such as 401 (access refusal) or 403 (prohibited), access restrictions may occur. Check the networking> Each app service to see the access restriction whether any firewall rules or VNET restrictions are blocking requests.
HTTP 401 errors indicate authentication failures. try to update the access restrictions to all the necessary IP

3.If your app uses Azure Ad Certification, check if the authentication settings have changed. Go to Azure Portal> Your App Service> Certification / Authority to verify settings. try to reconfigure authentication or update credentials.

4.Some errors such as HTTP 405 (method are not allowed) or 422 (unconscious unit) suggest API misconceptions. Check your web app logs under Azure Monitor > Application Insights to diagnose request failures. Try to check API endpoints support the expected HTTP methods and fix any incorrect content type issues.

5.If everything looks fine, but the issue remains, then try to restart the app service plan. If resources are finished, consider increasing your plan.

The Azure portal's Network Troubleshooter shows that the app service
journey-ga-wcu-appis having trouble with DNS. It can’t find the addressjourney-ga-wcu-app.azurewebsites.netbecause it couldn’t connect to aDNS serverto translate the name into an IP address.- Please check
DNS settingsby navigating to your App Service in the Azure portal, selectingNetworking>Outbound Trafficand confirming that the DNS server settings are correctly configured or set to Azure's default. - Verify that your custom DNS settings are correct and reachable using tools like
nslookupordigin Azure Cloud Shell. - Please verify
NSG rulesby navigating to the Azure portal, locating your App Service’s NSG, and confirming that outbound traffic on port 53 is permitted for DNS resolution. - Test with
NameResolverby opening your App Service in the Azure portal -> navigating to Advanced Tools under the Development Tools section -> Go, then in the Kudu console under Debug Console -> CMD, and running the command below to verify DNS resolution within the App Service environment.
