Help with Group Policy Templates.

Question

I'm having trouble finding the "Assigned Access" template for Group Policy Editor. I'm essentially trying to setup a GPO on our domain controller that I can apply to an OU that has some machines that will we use as Kiosks. From what I've found, I need the "Assigned Access" template to launch Edge (and only Edge). I have downloaded what I believe is the latest templates and loaded them into our Central Store on the DC from here:

But the template is still missing.

Any help is appreciated, I'm about to go nuts.
