Outlook gives me an error message around half the time I attempt to open it

This is the error message I received today. I receive error messages regularly when trying to open Outlook. Is there anything that I can do to fix this issue?

I cannot get in in my hotmail email... I am getting the same response the last two days ... only on one of my email account... another one is ok? which makes me feel puzzled ? using Edge and deleted all history and cashed etc.... the last message is as follows:

I can use my other outlook/hotmail accounts & only one of them returns error. Can't access via Outlook Web App that is what I am using and getting the same error message Any other suggestions

I assume you are trying access an Outlook email account using a browser opened to outlook.com. If this is not the case, please provide some additional details about your situation.

Based on these post, it looks like it might be a browser/cache/cookies problem. Try a different browser (e.g. Edge), clear your cache and all your cookies, refresh the web page.
