Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
how can i get in my email its error. can find me a solusyon please.
Outlook gives me an error message around half the time I attempt to open it

This is the error message I received today. I receive error messages regularly when trying to open Outlook. Is there anything that I can do to fix this issue?

Yours is a OwaUserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedException.
Check with your MS365 Admin to ensure you have been correctly licensed.

Please look at the error message you are getting and identify which branch you belong in.
1 - Error 500, BootResult configuration, OwaUserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedException
This is usually a problem with how your account is configured by your Exchange/MS365 Admin. You need to reach out to your IT department for a fix.
There are some client configurations that can also cause this error.
Try a different browser (e.g. Edge), clear your cache and all your cookies, refresh the web page.

2 - Error 401, BootResult: fail, {Any number of different details}
This means that Outlook couldn't complete it's connection to the server. Can have a lot of different causes. If you could connect OK yesterday, probably just a temporary problem with your server.
If all else fails, Contact Microsoft Support.
