CSAT Score Not Displaying in Copilot Studio

Question

The CSAT score statistics for a custom pilot in Copilot Studio are not visible, even though the pilot is published. Additionally, the CSAT node shows as a broken image instead of displaying stars within Teams.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

I am facing the same problem. For me it worked to include a message before the CSAT node stating to simply input a number from 1 to 5 in the chat in teams. This will trigger the feedback as well and the topic can move on.

But I would love to have the CSAT node as a selective node in the Topic canvas to be able to add it to other topics as well. Currently I am doing this using the Code view and extract the code and insert it in another topic.

Also it would be great to be able to change the text "Great! Please rate your experience." and the icons.

Alternatively, you could enhance the behaviour by including the opportunity to add adaptive cards to the official "Analytics" tab to be able to gather the feedback there and not outside of the bot.

I am really looking forward to a fix.
