Missing Badges After Completing Learning Path on Microsoft Q&A

Recently, I earned two badges after completing a milestone on a learning path: the trophy badge "Build community-driven software projects on GitHub" and the learning path badge "Migrate your repository by using GitHub best practices." However, these badges have not appeared on the profile.

The built-in "Ask Learn" Copilot AI suggested waiting a few hours before reaching out to support, but it has now been approximately 15 hours with no change. The Activity feed shows that the badges were earned upon completing the module and learning path.

The following troubleshooting steps have been taken:

  • Tried accessing the site on Windows 11 Professional, MacOS Sonoma, and Ubuntu Studio 12, but the rewards are still missing.
  • Refreshed the page multiple times.
  • Attempted to use different browsers (Edge, Firefox, and Safari) across various devices including an iMac and another computer, all testing the same issue with missing module rewards.

What steps can be taken to resolve this issue?
Or is there a Microsoft department i can eMail for this?

I don't want to continue with my modules in case it's going to continue or bumps the ones i earned off my activity feed as proof
