I am writing to follow up on an issue I encountered while attempting to complete my AI-102: Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution exam via OnVUE.
During the exam, the OnVUE sandbox unexpectedly shut down, preventing me from initiating or continuing the exam. I immediately raised a complaint, and the case was logged under Case ID: 12799201.
It has been over a week, and I have yet to receive any updates regarding a resolution.I even tired to raise a training support forum but i am unable log my concern because of the random error popping up on the scene.
I would sincerely appreciate it if you could kindly look into this matter and assist with one of the following:
Reactivating my exam voucher, or
Re-enabling the exam on my profile, or
Advising me on the next appropriate course of action.
Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side to expedite the resolution.
