My previously created resources are not visible including my subscription.

Hi,

I'm trying to access my previously created resources but they seem to have disappeared.

It recommends me to upgrade my subscription, but when I try I get the following error:

"There was an error sending the code to your phone. Please check the phone number and try again."

Please could someone help.
