I have a Microsoft 365 group that is currently static, and I’m planning to convert it into a dynamic group in Azure AD. This group is associated with a Team that contains standard, private, and shared channels.If I convert the Microsoft 365 group to dynamic, will Team owners still be able to manage the membership of these channels (standard, private, and shared)?From what I understand, for standard channels, Team owners won’t be able to manage membership manually, as it will be controlled by the dynamic membership rules in Azure AD. However, I’m unsure about the impact on private and shared channels. Could someone please provide guidance on this?

    @Glenn Maxwell

    When you convert your Microsoft 365 group to a dynamic group, the underlying membership is automatically managed by the Azure AD dynamic rules. This means that for standard channels—where membership is directly derived from the group—team owners won’t be able to add or remove members manually. All membership changes for the team (and thus its standard channels) will occur automatically based on your dynamic rules.
