How to fix 503 error

I am running the Oqtane CMS on Azure. Now that I have my site built out, I wanted to add in a custom domain, which I did, but after doing so, the site completely stopped responding and only give a 503 error (even when going to the Azure Default Domain). I have removed the custom domains and deleted the certificates, but am still getting the 503 error. I have not changed anything else.
