can't update PBI, can't remove the previous version, missing PBIDesktop_64.msi

Question

During the setup it stops searching the a.m. file PBIDesktop_64.msi, it suggests folder "C:\ProgramData\Package Cache{69359162-4971-423f-925a-6e556acd25c9}v2.138.1203.0" that doesn't exist, neither in my backups (up to 7 days before), so now I can't use the program, I can't remove it, I can't install the new one. The setup program suggests to contact the tech support. Copilot suggested the manual remove, but it didn't work.
