Authentication stuck in a loop

Question

I recent got a new phone, we use the authentication app for work emails. In order to set up my work email on the app it is telling me to log into my work email where by it then tells me to input a code from the authentication app.... I am stuck in a loop. I don't have access to the old phone

Are you end user?

If so, you may contact your Office 365 admin. (i.e. contact the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password for further assistance).
