How to add a new user because it shows me grayed out for some reason

I am unable to create a support request because I do not have the necessary permissions to do so.

    Both options are grayed out because you don’t have sufficient permissions in your Azure tenant or subscription. You’ll need to reach out to someone in your organization who has a Owner/Global admin role probably your IT admin to assign you a role.

    If you’re not sure what current role you have:

    1.	Go to Azure Portal
    
    2.	Open Subscriptions
    
    3.	Select the subscription you’re using
    
    4.	Go to Access control (IAM) > View my access
